Is it possible that cyborg's creation may been connected to Metallo? Assuming Metallo is the other baddie, it would make sense if they connected his creation to Cyborg's somehow.
I think that would be a great way of introducing Cyborg. I could kind of see a similar thing happening in this that happened in TDK. Bats and Lex are the main antagonists to Supes for most of the film. And then a little more than halfway through some accident/experiment happens that turns John Corben into Metallo and then the rest of the film is Lex & Metallo as antagonists (like how Joker and Two-Face became the villains in TDK). And during that experiment/accident Victor Stone gets caught in it too.
Good idea.
Not sure. I can see a MoS Lex story involving Batman as natural, and the story could go in a direction allowing for the likes of Metallo and then Cyborg as a by product. Don't know how WW could fit in even in just a small appearance although I guess they'll have to ignore any mythical reference for now. Seems a lot for one film as the introduction of Lex and Batman is massive by itself. I hope WW gets a chance to show she needs a solo film, whatever role she has in this. But then where does WW come in?
I think the opposite. In the movies, Iron Man's armor is bulkier because it's something he wears. Cyborg's tech is actually part of his body so I think the sleeker look is more distinct.
The robocop 2014 suit is a good base for a Cyborg suit. that just shows how good a Cyborg suit can look...
Do you guys want the suit to be grey or black? im cool with either
How is it "corny"? Cyborg's suit is bare metal, so why should it look like anything other than bare metal- ie "silver"? It's a relatively distinct look in the DCU, and should be retained. The last thing I want to see is the character muted into another generic suit of black armour.
The slimmed down suit he now wears in the comics would be fine.
Altought it could be possible that MOS acts will be the cause for the Cyborg transformation. I would rather have Superman saving him of the damage of the WE thing, cause you know was the thing that caused the injured people at the most, not Supes-Zod fight
I also see possible that its a project from Star Labs due to the events to be prepared for the superpowered beings.
I hate the idea of everything in the DCU being caused or created by Kryptonians, Kryptonian technology, or Kryptonian fist fights.
There is a tendency to want things to link together, which is a good idea in part, but it can also seem contrived and reductive. I don't see the difficulty in sustaining an imaginary world in which more than one unusual thing has happened.
I think in the end, we won't see him as Cyborg in costume for this movie. It's gonna be establishing his existence in the universe with a few minute scene or two.
Well, it is more plausible in a live action movie. It is assumed that alien technology leads to new discoveries. The aliens that came to earth were Kryptonians. The natural progression is that from Superman coming to earth, new weapons and technology would start resulting from what happened. Funny thing is if he ends up being the reason Lex breaks through into a mogul. Military applications from the acquired Kryptonian technology. Integrating throughout does make sense if you think about it.
