This whole thing reflects what's at the core of this franchise's problems. too much focus on insignificant things and not enough on important things. I mean really, who wouldn't go see the film simply because it was called Fantastic Four 2? Who cares about the title? Yet, how much thought are they putting into the script? The development of the characters? Not much it appears. But a catchy title- that will make or break this film

Men, the title doesn't grab me. Like The Last Stand, Batman Begins. It's a bit tricky. Seeing as there is a number in the name, putting "2" after it isn't neccesarily as confusing as it is silly. The next chapter does come of prententious as someone in here put it. So instead of bickering about this why not try to come up with something better; at least to fill the time until we get more info about the film. I got nothin' right now but the rest of you should take a stab at it.
