I've been thinking about buying a house recently and have been looking at different options. Since there's been some downtimes at work I've been browsing alot of websites and I've noticed something.
Some local government websites post the foreclosure properties in their registry of deeds departments. I've realized that these are probably the same information those foreclosure sites charge $$ for. The one thing they don't post however is where these houses can be purchased and that's why I am asking here since I can't seem to find it online.
I am guessing these are on auctions but these are never posted online. Does anyone have tips on finding these auctions or where one can look?
