If you're referring to a spinoff movie featuring the TV characters, then I'd say:

- Amanda Seyfried or a younger Rachel Blanchard as Buffy
- Megan Fox as Cordelia Chase (c'mon, her off-screen personality would mesh perfectly with Cordy's *****iness)

I honestly have no clue who to recast the roles of Xander, Willow, Angel and Spike. Anthony Stewart Head is irreplaceable, no one can do Giles better than he can.

There shouldn't BE a new Buffy, there doesn't need to BE one, and Megan Fox will burn in hell before her name is ever mentioned to be attached to a Buffy project.
