I am honestly surpised by the sheer simple mindedness of some people (GameFAQ's mostly) who can't wrap their heads around the fact that this is simply a WHAT-IF DLC, will be selected from the main menu (Twitter by Rockstar) AND IS OBVIOUSLY NOT CANNON SO IT DOES NOT MATTER WHEN IT TAKES PLACE.

This is like if Chris Nolan had made some joke deleted scenes for TDK where Batman fights Godzilla.

My theory is after you finish the the DLC, John will wake up at MacFarlane's ranch after being gunned down at fort mercer... it is called undead NIGHTMARE after all

As AnorexicBatman stated, the DLC is just a non-canon stand-alone adventure with John.

I actually thought this same thing. I wouldn't be surprised if the whole thing is just a dream.

The only thing thats left for me to do really are the bounties, so iv been rocking the US Marshall's Outfit. Love being the lawman that puts a bullet into your skull rather than carry you off to jail.
