Ah, that makes sense. I thought that disc was being released at a discounted price.

That'd be great if they did. It'd make for a great incentive to go get the disc instead.

And the release date is supposed to be Decemeber 1st. Ehh...now I don't if I want to wait.

It'll probably be on sale at some point. I definitely want Undead Nightmare but don't have any interest in Liars & Cheats and I hear Legends and Killers isn't that good.

Zombies using the Euphoria engine is what excited me about Undead Nightmare. The way people react realistically to everything is one of my favorite parts of GTA4 and RD:R, so I'm excited to see how zombies shamble around and take shotgun blasts to the chest when Rockstar is at the helm.

Hopefully you don't end the plague or anything at the end of the single player, that way you can hop back in and go kill some zombies.

I beat the game this afternoon. Game got boring after John reunited with his family. Sad ending though. I assume you can't play as John again once you've finished the campaign.

I loaded up an older save file since I want to get Legend of the West as John. I'm so pissed off. I got to Bearclaw Camp and there were about 7 elk, which was great since I needed 5 for the hunter challenge. I shot them and collected their skins. As I did, about 8 wolves showed up and attacked me, killed me before I could use a medicine. I hadn't saved so I was back in Armadillo. I haven't seen any elk since

I really wish they had a health meter in this.

Just finished all the ambient challenges, what a work out. So, if you have already beaten the game and what not. How will Undead Nightmare work when you install it? This game doesn't exactly have a new game+ right? Will I loose all my weapons and costumes when install Undead Nightmare?

I thought I read something of a mission starting out in a graveyard and how you have to burn coffins. And as you do that zombies start coming up and you have a limited weapon ammo.

Yeah, it's a seperate game that you access from the menu screen. Not sure what weapons you start with, but they've said that ammo and supplies are scarce, and bullets act as a currency in what is essentially a completely changed version of Red Dead Redemption.

Btw, am I the only one who thinks they missed the perfect title for this add on with "Undead Redemption" or "Red Undead Redemption?" Much better than Undead Nightmare, I think.

I´m playing Red Dead Redemption, and about 2 minutes ago, when i loaded the game, it said there was an update.
After the update, when i press single player, it asks if i want to play Red Dead Redemption or Undead Nightmare, but the DLC still hasn´t been released.
When i choose Undead Nightmare, it asks me for the code.

In other words, the update was made today, but the DLC is only being released tuesday.

The update was for Friendly free roam and the new land grab mode thats coming with UN which doesnt feature zombies

I wonder if there's a werewolf in the DLC? I mean I'm so happy I can go mess with bigfoot like in those commercials, but Mr. Foot & the horses can't be the only beasts lurking in the world.

A Werewolf would be awesome. I remember a thread with strange X-Files like rumors about a Werewolf and other things being in the game. But except for some blurry screenshots, there was no definite proof.
