I finally saw this movie today. So ashamed that I waited so long. Pretty ****ing fantastic. I loved just about everything about it. I was really surprised by the brutality, I wasn't expecting that. The scene that made me cringe most was when

Bryan Cranston got his arm slashed. ARRRGH, that scene made me hurt lol.

I think the entire theater gasped during that scene when I saw it. Just cold and brutal.

No confirmation, only that the producers were pushing James Sallis to write a sequel after Drive became successful.

IMHO Drive doesn't need a sequel, at all. I'm perfectly happy with it as a stand alone film, so the news about the sequel not happen is good.
