Quick question, guys. For some reason my computer didn't come with the CD that reformats the computer. Back in May I had to reformat the computer and was able to by calling my computer's company. They told me to press the F10 button and do some other stuff. It has been a few months since May and I forgot how to do it. I would call back but my warranty expired. I tried my best to remember but what I ended up doing was reformatting the programs that CAME with the computer and leaving everything else the same. That's not what I wanted. I want to completely reformat the computer. . . in other words . . .for it to be EXACTLY how it was when I bought it.
