If you worked for DC Comics and were told that you could Rejuvenate a DC Character that has not been used for quite some years, weather it be a single character or a team of characters.

Who would you pick?
Would there be any changes?

:brucebat: :supes: :gl:

I'd probably bring back Ronald Raymond.

ohman. it would be the Hitman Tommy Monaghan.
They should have never canceled that guy's book. He's a terrific character who needs to be brought back

I'd bring back The Calender Man but instead of commiting crimes, he tortured and killed people on the holidays.

Vartox, I'd bring back Vartox and keep everything about him the same except instead of Lana Lang, I'd make he and Greg Lombard an item. Vartox and Greg both have that 70's gay mousetache and I think they'd be cute together.

...you realize of course that torturing and killing people are crimes yes? YOu have seen Saw too many times.

I want to see Vibe.

I meant what he used to do, rob stores, banks, etc...

Bloodsport, Riot, Hi-Tech, the Terra-Man, Anomaly, Barrage, Rampage, and dozens of other Superman rogues. Aside from a few basic characteristics, most of them are practically blank slates anyway, so rejuvenating and fleshing them out more shouldn't be that hard.

Maybe when Geoff Johns and James Robinson are done with their high-minded reinvention of Superman for the next generation or whatever, they'll do the right thing and bring those guys back.

Well, except Terra-Man, because he dead. Black Adam ripped his cowboy ass in half.

I honestly pretend that that didn't happen, and it was just some random cowboy-themed villain, since the post-CoIE and pre-CoIE Terra-Men were vastly different characters (post-crisis Manning was more like a technological version of Poison Ivy and didn't commit crimes that had nothing to do with protecting the environment, as he did in 52), and it was pointless to inexplicably change him into his old 2 dimensional pre-crisis self just so that he could be killed in the very same issue.

In fact, now that I think about it, I'll likely dig up that comic and white-out Terra-Man's name everywhere that I find it, and replace it with the name "Cowboy Dude."

I'll make Barry Allen and Jason Todd dead again.

Agreed. Both characters really serve their purpose better as memories instead of being up and about again.

Also, I'd bring back Zauriel.

The Young Justice leftovers:

Lagoon Boy, The Point Men, Slobo, Empress and Secret and Arrowette (not necessarily in costume of course for the last 2). Give them one more shot, a more fair shot to be good.

Seven Soldiers:

In general I just want Morrison to follow up Seven Soldiers.

I agree. He went out as good as he went in though so I wouldnt want to ruin his death unfortunately.

It's called "Final Crisis." In stores now. It's literally the sequel to Seven Soldiers.

Been having money troubles so havent been keeping up. Didnt realize it was going to be so connected. Ive noticed that the Mister Miracle segment has great signifance and that Frankenstein had a cameo in an early issue. Nice to know though.

Are the Sheeda heavily involved? Cause that is more or less what I want to see followed up on.

No, the Sheeda aren't involved at all, I don't think. Final Crisis focuses more on the New Gods aspect. If you want more Sheeda, you should read the first arc of JLA Classified, by Morrison.

SUPERBOY he should have never died and I could put him on top again. Also Azrael.

hmmm i was also thinking they need to bring back the Human Target/ Christopher Chance. i always thought that it was a cool concept that he was a bodyguard who impersonated the persons targeted to be assassinated. That dude had some serious guilt issues going on.Even though the human target television show tanked.i think they should bring it back and especially nowadays with effects being readily available. it could make a cool ass television show.I'd have the book be more in line with the 100 bullets comics..... and knowing that is half the battle. yo joe!

Argus. One of the few "New Blood" heroes worth bothering about. Get rid of the "He's got vision powers. Wibs Kewl if his eyez like got ripped out?" alleged plotline.
