Maybe Elena Satine is being added to the main cast so that it will be more dramatic when she is killed off by Malcolm Black. If he just kills off a guest star, it won't have as much impact. He will probably kill Margeaux as well and hopefully Charlotte.

I hope this is the last season. I wonder if Emily and Victoria will have to band together for part of it to take down Black.

Looks like the revenge plot for the rest of the season isn't so much Victoria's vengeance upon Emily or Emily's upon Victoria, but Margeaux's upon Emily and Black's upon everyone else.

Victoria most likely told Margeaux a slanted version of the truth that makes her look sympathetic or apologetic. So I have a feeling Margeaux will still be after Emily even after knowing the "truth".

Emily is better at revenge and taking people down than David. He should've gotten her involved in taking down Malcolm Black. Why did Jack just go to David and not tell Emily?

I thought Margeaux would somehow tell Black they Emily was Amanda but it seems he found out himself without anyone's help.

Ok, I misread your post before. I thought it said it was actually renewed for a 5th and final season. Hopefully that isn't the case yet.

And as for 100 episodes, I don't really want 22 of them to be like pulling teeth and overstaying its welcome. HIMYM went on far too long, and Alias also went on one season too many when it should've ended on a high note in Season 4.

Revenge looks like it could have a natural end this season. Why prolong things and have the show suffer overall so that people are demanding that it is put out of its misery?

Considering the ratings this is getting... yes, it probably is.

Give it a shortened final season to wrap it's s*** up, since the writers are probably so close to the endgame of the season that they can't really properly wrap it up. Give it 6 episodes like Nikita got. Maybe 10.

12 episodes would have the series ending on the big 100 which would be perfect.
