If Victoria finds out David Clarke is alive and wants to get back with him, I can't imagine he'll be too receptive if he finds out that Victoria is out for revenge on Emily.
Another reason I don't like Victoria as the revenger is that it means she will be the one who is plotting everything now and in the know, and Emily and her friends will be the ones getting tricked and duped. Even though Emily's actions have often been questionable, she has always, without doubt, been portrayed as the heroine of this series, while Victoria has always been the villainess. Will people really want to see the villainess frequently gaining the upper hand over the heroine and actually cheering her on, if the story is now told from her point of view?
