Revenge

Victoria is crazy to think she is the victim. I cheered when David muzzled Victoria at the end. I hope he gets his revenge on her.

Good episode, of course just when Emily is ready to move on with her life Victoria gotta rear her head on her front step.

It isn't surprising that Victoria wants revenge on Emily, those two will always hate each other and the only thing that could possibly bring them together is revenge on David Clark if he turns out to be the bad guy.

But they didn't try to make us feel any sympathy for Victoria which everyone was freaking out about so that was good.

The ending was kind of shocking since I didn't expect V/D to be reunited so quickly.

So far...good.

I hope they show through Emily how revenge can warp you...it's a messy situation all-around with no winners...

I'm surprised too that they let David reveal himself to Vicky...I all ready know how that's how she's going to get revenge on Emily...through her father.

Tired of Daniel and Charlotte...done with them....take them out...

Ready to see what they have planned in the Hampton's this season....

They are really playing up Victoria as "lead" with Madeline's name coming first in the credits.

But what is up with the bad hair? Nolan looks like he got zapped and the french girl has a terrible hairdo.

Madeline's was always the first name in the credits before though, because she's the bigger name.

Anyway, I actually thought this week's episode was rather meandering and slightly aimless for the first time in the series. It felt more soapish than normal, and since Emily was seemingly done with her revenge, I wasn't sure whether any acts she did (eg crashing into the car, or that boat somehow being named incorrectly) was all part of the plan, since I didn't know that she was still trying to hatch plans. It seemed as if, devoid of any revenge plans, it had almost evolved into a regular soap, which is not what we want. I also thought the lack of a flash forward stripped the show of a measure of intrigue.

I really do hope this season doesn't go on too long with Victoria's revenge. It would just drag the show on longer and I don't want to see Victoria victorious. I would rather, if anything, the revenge plot goes back to Emily and she starts planning new ways to take down the Graysons once and for all.

Hopefully next week will get back on track and have more direction to it, especially now that Emily knows that Victoria is back and out for her blood.

It's not that people were freaking out about them making us feel sympathy for her its about no one being interested in watching someone as despicable as Victoria get revenge.

Overall the premiere was decent but like Emily VanCamp I wish they would have ended the story with Victoria being commited. It could have given the show a chance to start fresh with new characters and techniques.

I would rather they just give Victoria a half a season. Then kill her at the end of the fall finale. Then let the rest of the season focus on David & Amanda & end it here

I don't want the show to go beyond this season. I think it has run its course.

I think this season will be the last. With David slowly revealing himself to everyone, I don't know where else they can take it. In the preview for next week's episode,
Emily tells Charlotte she's her sister

Just caught the premier. Glad it's back on….

Jack as a cop? Wtf..?

And Margret's hairdo is atrocious!

Well the last season could be daughter vs. father.

They could still do that this season. First half could be about Victoria's revenge/David's comeback and the second half father vs. daughter. I just don't want them to stretch out Victoria's revenge for 22 episodes.

True Blood grad Courtney Ford is headed to the Hamptons to catch a killer.

The actress is joining Revenge‘s current fourth season in the recurring role of Kate Taylor, an FBI agent assigned to investigate Conrad’s murder.

Here’s how the original casting breakdown described Kate: “Though young, she’s a pro and has been given this high profile assignment because she can handle it, not to make her bones. While professionally hardcore, personally she will quickly fall into intrigue — and maybe into bed with one of her colleagues.”

Look for Ford (whose TV credits also include stints on Murder in the First, Dexter and Parenthood) to make her debut in Episode 8.

It was an ok episode but I just CANT with David coming back and practically begging Victoria to come back to him, like if he is really that stupid lets just kill him off again. And I also CANT with the boring frenchies, they add nothing to the show. We need more Nolan but only if he stops electrocuting himself every morning while he gets dressed.

But I CAN with the premier ratings going up :)
With a +53% build, the season premiere of ABC’s Revenge was Sunday’s biggest gainer in Adults 18-49 among the broadcast networks. In addition, Revenge posted a much larger lift in L+3 than last year’s premiere among young adults (+53% vs. +43%). Revenge attracted 8.1 million Total Viewers (up +2.4 million from 5.7 million in L+SD) and earned a 2.3 rating in Adults 18-49 (up +53% from a 1.5 in L+SD).

Hopefully that's the end of Gideon. Character was pointless and the dude could NOT act to save his life. Every time he tried to be threatening, I don't see how the others didn't laugh in his face.

Speaking of bad acting, if Charlotte were played by someone capable, all the various scenes with her and Emanda could have been interesting tonight.

Also hopefully, they don't string the whole thing with David not knowing his daughter is alive out too long.

^ I feel you...but I'd rather her go/or be sent away. Char, Dan and my french girl (who I like) can all leave. Let's bring in some new characters for a new direction and angle.

I really hate Charlotte she is acting stupid and I've never really liked the Actress. She needs to leave ths show.

This episode officially killed any hopes I had for Charlotte, the writers just keep making her worse and worse as the seasons go by. And by the previews she is just aligned with Victoria again so that wont help anything.

This show needs to end with everyone dead except for Emily, Jack, and Nolan.

I'm honestly wondering if David already knows that Emily is his daughter and he was just testing Victoria by acting as though she was dead. This guy was able to engineer Conrad's escape/death, but he hasn't been keeping tabs on his actual daughter? Really, bro?

Even if he doesn't know now, he should be able to find out soon enough via the Nolan connection, otherwise this dude is actively letting himself be manipulated by the b**** who has ALREADY ADMITTED TO WRONGING HIM!

Seriously, David, get your s*** together.

I'm hoping it's all part of a master plan that David has. Otherwise...not really sure where Emily gets her brains from, certainly not her mother or father.

The show does seem to be on the verge of jumping the shark. If David does get manipulated by Victoria then he's an idiot and maybe Emily should get revenge on him too. She probably ought to with Charlotte as well. She can choose revenge over her a second time. And she should kill off Karine Vanasse as well, especially with that awful hairstyle she has now.
