God that's an awesome idea!

Maybe DC should tap Burton and Sam Hamm/Daniel Waters to write their ideas for what their third Bat-Film would've been into an arc of "Detective Comics."

Though I have a feeling Burton would be harder to sway than Donner.

Not sure. Donner left the Superman series under worse circumstances than Burton. Besides, neither seemed to have a problem doing Special edition DVD's.

God, I'd love to see where Donner would have taken the Superman films, and where Burton would have taken the Batman films.
