Yeah, because I was trying to zoom out, clarify my point of view as best as I possibly can, rather than going in circles forever about the nitty gritty of what is the best campaign strategy and who will win more independent voters, etc. You know, agree to disagree. I’m not going to change your mind and I’m not trying to. But I was trying to at least help you understand where I’m coming from, because I do understand where you’re coming from. Maybe that’s too far of a reach in these crazy times. And I’m not talking like he’s up 20 points. I’m talking like it’s a close election no matter who is on the ballot. Which is unfortunately always going to be the case because of how deeply divided (and brainwashed) much of the country is. You think I’m not terrified of Biden losing? I sure am. But being that I am just one guy who has zero control over whether the President runs for reelection or not, I gotta move through the fear rather than just throw my hands up and give into it. And that is something I feel is important on a personal, basic life level as much as I do a political level.
