103 mins is with credits though right? So that makes the movie around 96 mins long.
Probably without credits...

All of them don't need to be developed, especially if they're with the brotherhood!
I know it would be impossible to develop all of them but at least give some more back story to the likes of Beast, Angel, Juggernaut etc. I'm saying this though having not seeing the whole film.

 I'm confused again! Is that the way BBFC always measure the running time, without credits??

I have to admit that I think X2 did drag a bit...I was watching it again and felt so...specially in the scenes in which Prof X is using cerebro at the end!

Well, at least critics won't say the film suffers from dragging along, as was the case with X2 for some.
One of the reasons the critics are slamming DaVinci Code is they say it's too long at 2 hrs. 30 mins.

X2 according to my DVD was "approx 128mins" long so the BBFC running time for that seems to include credits so I'd say it's the same for X3.
That 103mins is WITH credits.

Hehe...I don't wanna cause trouble ...but I think that until we are certain wether this running time is with or without credits, speculation will go on!

I swear, people can't watch long films anymore. Not saying The Da Vinci Code doesn't drag but critics complain about films dragging too much these days. They're impatient.

X2 did not drag. It built to the climax of Jean's scarifice. There's a difference. It took it's time to tell a proper, detailed story that got you involved in all aspects of it.

I think is with credits. In the site it says that the time is calculated according to the lenght (as in distance, yard or meters) of the film, and I don't think they received a reel without credits.

With 10 minutes of credits?:(

Then they'll say it's too short like with x-1 :p

X2 was 128mins of film + 5 mins credits so X3 is probably 97mins long + 7mins credits but it also has that stupid scene after the credits so it's probably more 96mins long + 7mins credits + 1min extra scene.

Either way, it's about a minute or two longer than X-Men with more story to tell and more characters.

We'll see if it works.

I'm not going to lie i find that disappointing really.

True

I would not be surprised if this was why some Characters got treated like ****. Running Time = crap & the Studio probably wanted Characters like Callisto & her Boobs to focus on

reviews have already mentioned how rushed this movie is.

The time i mean

Yeah...You'd think 2 1/2 hours is long. Working at a movie theater, you wouldn't believe the reactions people gave when I told them how long King Kong was..

KK probably lost at least 10 million alone from people not wanting to sit through the movie's length..

Lord of the Rings, each movie was over 3 hours (I think the first one might have been 2:57).

The movies have made billions.
