It would have to be Henry Allen. Outside of Barry's parents it would be H.R. it's hard ro believe I didn't like him at first.

Edit: Also, Ronnie should have never died. The other actor just doesn't impress me. LoT would have been better off with the younger Ronnie.

Nora in the finale of S1 made me literally cry - I could watch it now and I’d cry again. Such a well done scene and saddest death by far.

HR was really sad. Henry I can’t actually remember so can’t have been that good. Also neither of those deaths really stuck - both actors still in the show as other characters. It’s less sad and loses its impact when it’s just a plot device.

Probably Nora if just for the moment made even worse for Barry in that he WAS going to save his mother, but was warned by his other self not to interfere, coupled with getting to at least tell Nora that he got a second chance to say that he and Henry were okay.

People don’t seem to be keen on HR, but I loved him and thought he was a really sweet guy. I was so sad when he made the ultimate sacrifice to save Iris, especially given he’d just found love.
