i used to be able to save images in JPEG form. but, lately it only allows me to save in bitmap. and i'm not sure why. anyone know how to fix this back to being able to save directly to JPEG from websites?

nope. You are using Internet Explorer. Clean out your settings. Tools>Internet Options and click on "delete cookies", "delete files" and clear your history. close IE and then clean out any temp folders. Restart IE and you should be good to go.

I'm in the IT field and when I used IE, I had it happen to me...haha

What are temporary files, and web form information?
I don't want to accidently delete important data.
