It doesn't necessarily mean that he'll show up again but his schedule is clear next year so...take that as you will.

Ras Al Ghul's poison on Gotham what created Joker so even if Scarecrow tried to toxin on Joker wouldn't work and Joker would beat **** outta him.

Yes, great scene. If anybody ever saw Joker after being fear gassed, then he'd have to be looking like Dave McKean's interpretation!

Murphy I believe mentioned that he would come back if asked, but I dont think he specifically signed on to do other films, nor does he know if he will.

I'd love to see him back. He's supposed to have escaped at the end of the first movie, so they have to wrap that up somehow. I'd hate for them to just ignore it or talk about it in passing.

Well, seeing as Scarecrow didn't die, just got electrocuted and rode off on a horse in a straightjacket I think he should come back.

I'd have him cameo at Arkham and Batman or Dr. Hugo Strange or Dr. Arkham talks to him.

He will, because he'll be useful for portraying the 'escalation'.

At the end of BB we saw a little of what Scarecrows become, in TDK a guy running around in a proper costume (which kicks ass btw) ranting and raving while he gasses people will resemble your proper comic-style villian, and the audience can refer to BB to see how Batman is turning Gotham into a circus of freaks. Perfect set-up for the movie.

They have to bring Scarecrow back.

Espcially when at the end of BB, he 'turned' into the Scarecrow...officially. I mean he was crazy before, but after getting gassed, he became crasier.

I just wanna see him in a costume of some sort. Something simple but to establish that he's now a 'supervillain' and not just a wacked out doctor.
