BvS Scoot McNairy joined BvS: Dawn of Justice. Which role is he playing?

It should go without saying that he isn't Flash. It definitely seems as if he's going to be some type of adversary for Superman.

Luthor is going to exploit his anger towards Superman to his benefit. I feel he's going to do something similar with Batman only Wayne will wise up before Luthor takes him to his death.

Luthor in general seems to be taking advantage of the Kryptonian crisis as a way to further advance himself monetarily and politically while simultaneously destroying Superman.

Yeah, that's a fairly old post from SJ, which is why I emboldened the more relevant part of his statement.
 
I'm still hoping he's John Corben. Wouldn't it be crazy if he was actually present in the Battle of Smallville and was injured by Faora? That would give him enough reason to hate Kryptonians and to fear what Superman can do.
 
Mulvey may be KGBeast from what we've seen of some filming trailers (if it's not some trick of Snyder)
 
After seeing some pals thoughts and with all of his "clues" if we could say they are, I'm thinking he is something related to Brainiac, someone used by Brainiac or Brainiac himself. We'll see.

Not likely unless Olsen has no legs/or robotic legs. Green socks were likely not just for looks.

Looking at his IMDB filmography, McNairy seems more like someone who could more than adequately fill in mostly as guest star especially in Affleck's/Terrio's projects and in as many films as possible. I think that Scoot McNairy will be playing just another ordinary Joe Public with grievance against Superman and someone that Lex Luthor will exploits for his own self interest. So maybe not anyone in the DC comic lore.

I'm leaning towards Jimmy Olsen, but my dark horses are Maxwell Lord or Ted Kord.

It's El Maybe and it's for BvS. I wouldn't believe him. More chance of him being correct for Suicide Squad than this.
 
Makes sense. Wasn't he on set with Ben Affleck a lot and we've already guessed the leg thing.
