When does it come out?

i never got to watch smallville in high school, my roomate owns all 4 seasons on DVD and i watched them, i was hoping to watch season 5 on DVD before season 6 airs..

Actually, I'm pretty sure the DVDs have never come out in August. Right now it's scheduled for 8/29, but that could easily be pushed back in early September.
