This episode was directed by Danielle Panabaker and will air June, 22.

The CW has released the synopsis for "Rayo de Luz", the fourteenth episode of The Flash's seventh season. The episode will air on Tuesday, June 22nd and the title translates to "ray of light", which is fitting as it will see the return of Ultraviolet (Alexa Barajas) to Central City. As viewers may recall, Ultraviolet is Esperanza Garcia, Allegra's (Kayla Compton) cousin who has been an antagonist for Team Flash first as a member of Black Hole and then as part of Eva McCulloch's team. Despite this, Allegra isn't willing to give up on her cousin and the synopsis says that she will try to find her and change her heart.

The episode will also see Joe (Jesse L. Martin) continue his investigation of Kristen Kramer (Carmen Moore). To this point, Joe has felt that Kristen is fundamentally a good cop even if he strongly disagrees with her ideologies, but it seems that now he will find something to make him question her completely.

Im guessing part of Grants contract is more time off and now we get Team Flash Newbies ft. Caitlin.

Just so you know this is The Flash we are greeted with a handful of "What would Barry do?" "I know what would Barry do"

Sue saved this one from being a complete waste. I liked Joe's little subplot here as well. That's all I can really say about this episode...

wow, tough crowd, very little comments about this episode. this episode while not great, has some enjoyable factors in it, one being the presence of Sue again, our own Catwoman clone Sue saved this episode from being a complete car crash. she's adorable, eye candy, smart, intellgent and really fills up the show with her screen presence. I'm a fan, and to be honest, if Sue had her own CW show, I'd be invested for sure.

Okay, not a bad one. I enjoyed the three interacting, for the most part. And it was nice seeing Allegra powering up. Great glowy effects there.

And Sue's back! And daaaaamn is she back!

Good Lawd, yes to anything!!

For serious though, am I the only one who likes her better without Ralph..?

I like everything better without this show’s version of Ralph.

I'd be happy for Sue to get her own show. She was the only saving grace of this episode. She's definitely charming and gorgeous.

I thought they were going to show Esperanza cured at the end of the episode.
