SHE GOT shot shot twice in the stomach. That is 99 percent that she should of died in minutes. a bullet wound to the stomach will cause someone to drown in there own blood. believe me i know. thats how my dad died. but skye did not die instantly and was still able to talk and move some what about.

do you think her resilience has to do with her being the daughter of jaiying?

Supposedly that SHIELD tech allowed her to have a few more moments of life, just enough for Coulson to inject her with GH-325.

Considering you have a 1 in 3 chance of surviving being stabbed in the heart, I don't the situation was that unbelievable. It was dire. Her bloodpressure was dropping rapidly. But it is possible to hold out long enough for the magic serum to be found. Certainly, it wasn't beyond the realm of possibility.
