Far From Home Sequel Villains? (Homecoming Spoilers)

We know they set up Scorpion as a possible villain for the sequel and we're still not sure what happened to Shocker or Tinkerer.

Who do you think will be the villain for the sequel, or what villains would you like to see?

I wish it would be Venom, especially now that Tom Hardy is attached but barring a successful Hail Mary, chances seem slim.

Which makes me wonder, is it possible they'll introduce the symbiote in Infinity War since Spidey might be off-planet? I know that the Venom spinoff is not supposed to be connected to the MCU, but with all the miscommunication between Pascal and Feige to the media, who really knows anymore?

I'm definitely interested in seeing the Scorpion as the villain for the sequel, and possibly the Chameleon as a secondary antagonist.

This has my vote too. And if they don't bring back the an upgraded Shocker for a opening fight or something, I think it would be interesting if they brought back The Tinkerer to assist in the creation of Scorpions suit.

I'd love a good adaption of the original Clone Saga (probably combined with elements of the Ultimate Clone Saga).

Scorpion is pretty much 100% confirmed but as for which other villain or villains I would like to see in Homecoming 2 well there is Shocker, Chameleon and Mysterio as villains

Me too. I wanted Vulture and Scorpion in the first two films so I'm really happy about that.

I could definitely see that happening. Especially given the history of Smythes/Scorpion in the comics like during that story right before "No One Dies"... can't remember what it was called.

Also, the Scorpion basically has nothing in him to be a big bad. He's a mook with super powers and a grudge, that's pretty much it. The only way I could see him being the main villain of a movie, is if the movie's plot is not about a villain at all; its about Peter's life and personal drama, with the "villain" existing purely as a complication in that life and drama. Which might be neat to see, but I can't see them trending quite that far from the norm.

Nothing against Mando, but they would've cast a bigger name actor to play Scorpion if he was going to be the big bad as well.

I know this about the villains (which I'll get to) but here's where I think they could make some corrections....

1. Ditch Michelle. She was unfunny, annoying, and shared no relevance to the story or plot.

2. Scorpion needs to be the big baddie and posing as a private investigator hired by J. Jonah Jameson who gives him a super high-tech suit but we also need someone to share the screen with ala Sandman, Rhino, Kraven the Hunter, Mysterio or Chameleon. Maybe hint towards the Osborns at the end. Maybe they ditch the being hired by J. Jonah Jameson and meets with a shadowy figure (Norman) who gives him a high-tech suit (made by the Tinkerer) to get revenge on Spider-Man.

3. We need a cameo with Uncle Ben. Richard Gere, Sean Bean or Tom Hanks come to mind.

4. Recast Flash or make him less annoying and more of a threat to Parker. He never seems intimidating or much of a bully. More of a rich brat/smart ass.

5. Have Betty Brant be the new love interest. Maybe she and Peter Parker intern at the Daily Bugle.
