I am having a problem when on line.
When I am browsing, on, for example, google. When I click on a site, sometimes a different site than advertised appears in the URL, the page never loads and the address is always a php address with a graphic of an italic 'a' in the URL bar next to it. This happens about every 3rd site I click on.
I press back to go to back to google and click on he site I want anfd then often this second time it takes me to the correct site (sometimes it is again the wrong site and I need to try a 3rd time).
I have never encountered somethig like this and suspect it may be a virus, does anyone know what is causing it or how to get rid of it. Also, I don't know if this is related as I have never noticed it before, but shortly aft goin online, my connection icon started flashing and its staus was 'searching for address' does anyone known what that is?
