OK, so I'm entering a film contest about Racism and I'm stuck on ideas. Note: this is a serious issue, and the film will be only 1 minute long. It's around the idea of stepping up and stopping Racism.

Thanks in advance!

Have Mr T popping a cap in the ass of racists.

Simple yet effective.

Have a camera pov walking down the street, VO of someone saying racist comments as they pass people on the street. Then they stop in front of a store window... and their reflection revels that they are the same race as the people they were defaming.

(Superimpose graphic)
Racism

VO: Stop hurting others...It could be you.

Wow, that's great! Thanks a lot, I'll consider it.

You could try somesort of inference of the 1960s. Maybe showing a film where both black and white students heading to a civil rights march somewhere are murdered by the KKK. Demonstrate the extreme irony racism could create. It's a story which has been repeated many times and I believe its interesting.

Good luck what ever you decide!

No thanks. I just had a bout with racism recently and I was like, "Wow this story needs to be told!" No offense buddy, but I'm a filmmaker too and I need to tell this story.

Do whatever you want, I was just hoping if people had ideas who couldn't express it. I totally agree with you, I'd do the same.
