Just saw the Superman/Shazam DC Short. I loved it.
I've always said Arnold Vosloo would make a good Black Adam.

Are you sure? I thought you were part of The Rock for Black Adam camp.
I haven't received my DC Showcase: Superman/Shazam - The Return of Black Adam DvD yet![]()
Not me. The Rock would be ok, but Arnold Vosloo or Oded Fehr are number 1 and 2 in my book for Black Adam.

I've just seen DC Showcase: Superman/Shazam and realized the voice actor for Black Adam is none other than Arnold Vosloo. "HOLY MOLY"
That settles it DUDE IS BLACK ADAM!!! Although you are on to something with Oded Fehr.
I was pleasantly surprised that JLU-Clash is include on the DvD.
I'm pissed off however that they killed off Black Adam twice now in the same manner by aging him.

You do realise in BTBATB he isn't killed off right? He disappears at the end of the episode, and with the Monster Society of Evil and Mr Mind coming up, he'll probably return.I'm pissed off however that they killed off Black Adam twice now in the same manner by aging him.

I hope we're talking about the same BTBATB episode, he was not reduced to ashes and dust, just a really old man. It's not even a "they'll magically bring him back" issue - he as pointed out by dialogue disappears, meaning he said "shazam" and left. Atleast that's how I took it.No i did not realized that, they aged him to ashes and dust, which equal killed off in my book. Great, they'll magically bring him back, that's good news but stupid writing on their part, IMHO.

No probs. Truth be told though, I'm looking forward more to seeing the return of Sivana and intro Mr Mind. I just love those two characters, they're pretty perfect examples of the kind of worlds Billy Batson/Captain Marvel inhabits. You are right, he did aged than disappeared, I stand corrected.
Well, thanks for the awesome news that Black Adam shall return.![]()

I mean, Mr Mind is a two-inch hyper intelligent green alien worm who talks through an old-time radio and wears coke-bottle glasses. And he's a genocidal maniac worse than Hitler and Stalin combined. How can anyone not love that?![]()

Tawny?

I like him but folks here think his acting isn't up to par.
He can be trained to act better. Plus I have seen him on a few shows/movies and I think given the chance he can carry a film.
Tawny?
Uh..no..not freakin Tawkin Tawny lol. I couldn't find any real good pics of this guy, but after seeing him on Gray's Anatomy for a season I think he could do well.
I like where you are going with this choice but there is only one Dwayne Johnson. I got to admit he has the wholesomeness look down.
The Rock is my boy, but after I heard him saying that fans thought he would be better for Black Adam and that he wouldn't mind take the villain role I was sold. He would make a great Teth Adam. Either him or the guy who played the Mummy and Zartan in G.I. Joe, Arnold Vosloo.
Plus I would like to see the Rock as the villain or the fallen hero who redeems himself in a possible sequel or third installment. We rarely see the Rock as a villain and I would rather see that then him being the obvious hero, no matter how awesome he would be. And it's time to give another actor a shot at stardom, and I'm sure any one of these guys or some other is more than capable.
The Rock for Adam all the way!
I haven't seen the Rock's latest film (faster), but he seem to have up his game in the bad guy department.
He would make a great extremist Black Adam, in other words, he was corrupt by the power but return to being good, only caring for his homeland.
