We are waiting on Squirrel to pick his prize letter (A, D, E, or F). When he gets his prize he will have time to choose to either keep it or trade it to Iron Fist or Byrd Man. Kalel will then get A unless Squirrel does, then he'll get F. He'll decide to trade or keep, then it's Spec's turn. In the order he picked them he'll get the first available prize and chose to keep or trade, then it's Matt's turn. He gets the letter that's left and keeps it or trades it for any of the previous prizes.

Nope. He made it further so he gets right to trade. That's the advantage of getting further in the game. You get stuck with whatever you're left with at the end of the game.

Yeah, I sent the original rules mentioning the questions were going to be about my mystery but then I thought about that final post (which I only did becaue I didn't think I'd be able to come back to this challenge) and so I rushed and deleted it before sending the first question.
