After hearing his VO for the Hellboy animated movies, I tihnk his voice captures the feel of Abe a lot better then the one from the movie, and since he's already doing the blocking for the actual character why not let him do the voice? Anyone agree?

Don't worry - Doug IS doing the voice for Abe in Hellboy II: The Golden Army, as well as heading back into 7-hour makeup sessions to once more become our favourite blue fish guy (as well as three other characters!).

Mistress - I don't think that's what Hellstormer is asking.

Personally I think Abe's voice is perfect the way it is, but then again, I haven't seen the Hellboy animated movie...but seeing as David Hyde Pierce didn't actually want a credit for his voice - I guess it really doesn't matter...

...she answered my question exactly.

Just to say that Doug heads out to Budapest to begin work on the film on May 17th, although he still doesn't know whether he'll be playing three or four characters. I am sooooooo looking forward to this! :D
