I'm referring to the comic images that appear with the logo at the intro. Most of them have the same, generic logo but others-X3, FF, Hulk 2003, have specific images from their own comics. I think all the Marvel movies should. Thoughts?

yes I love it when the pages flip and its images of the hero we are about to see in the movie

or do the adamantium filling logo from Wolverine...the best part of the movie

I know Ghost Rider had the fiery metal logo with the chains & spikes and Punisher's was bullet-riddled, but I honestly don't remember if they had their respective comic images.

Yes, each should be customized to fit that movie and it's characters.

I especially hate that none of the Spidey movies did.

They did.

Punisher's one was really cool.... :woot:

Iron Man 2 doesn't have a specialized flip logo.

I think it would've been cool to see the logo armor up & take flight.

uh no. That's just like saying Marvel should be coloured green on a hulk comic or webs should be all over Marvel on a spidey comic. I agree that it would be a nice touch to have customised comic panels during the montage flip before the Marvel logo appears but the rest really isn't necessary.

I could see leaving the type face the same on all [the whit block letters that say Marvel] but I do think the comic book images that we are seeing behind the logo should be specific to each character, if not each movie. It would not cost that much to redo that part of it. And they need to choose iconic images, not just generic ones.

I think you're going a little overboard there. What's done in comics & what's done on film have little to do with each other.

I liked Punisher War Zone's with the Marvel Knights logo instead. I think all of the marvel logo's should be something that reflects the character.
