And 2 year contracts suck. Always get 1 year.

If you like the phone, get the phone. Doesn't matter if anyone else likes it. Do YOU like it? And a 1 year contract is probably more advantageous to you than a 2 year should you decide you don't want to use that carrier anymore after a year or so.
