it never came out in theaters here.....

i was wondering if anyone saw it?
it just came out on dvd
:csad:

It was playing one night at my campus theater (one night, yeah) Didn't go.

I like to do blind buys with my DVDs, I never rent. I enjoyed this movie very much. Especially knowing all the problems they had filming it and everything. They did a pretty good job for what they had. And the gore is excellent and the monsters are pretty cool. But as expected, the story is bland and the acting sucks, but it's still good.

Don't listen to him, buy it. renting is stupid.

Why is renting stupid? You could possibly rent two or three movies for the price of buying one. I think it's a wise choice esp. if you aren't sure you'll like the movie enough to watch it repeatedly.

Umm well I haven't rented movies in a long time so I would advise to buy it cuz if you don't like it you can always return it and get your money back or if you like it you keep it. I don't rent because I always feel if I like the movie, I just wasted money renting it and I'm gonna use more money than I would have in the first place if I just bought it.

Are you actually considering everyone's opinion here? As much as I like discussing movies/shows/comics with everyone here on the Hype, I would never put my my purchases in the hands of other people's tastes.

People are different, that's all there is to it.

yeah but i had mixed feeling about the trailer for it.......

it could either be uwe boll type material, or an evil dead fun movie....

Buy it. If you love hardcore gory horror movies than you love this. It's very much a B film of the 80's or so.

Is it worth seeing or is it crap?

If you followed that season of Project Greenlight it's worth seeing, but as a movie on it's own I thought it was a mess and not worth a buy.

i guess from the looks of it....... it wasnt that great.

If you like the vil dead series and the first from dusk til dawn you should like this.

I finally watched this movie last night. (Got it like a month ago. :()

I liked it, it was a great little hyperactive horror flick. Lots of monster sex, gore, and cleavage. I love how it quickly sets up a "Anyone can and will die! ANYONE!" plot so you can't see any clear badasses you KNOW will survive. 7.9/10

Yeah, I liked it as a fun little film. You don't go in to a movie like this thinking it will be anythign other than fun, and that's what it delivers. I would suggest buying it, and if you aren't sure, just get it cheaper on amazon, or wait until it's in teh 5 dollar bin at Best Buy or something.

rent 1st. wait 'till it goes down in price before purchasing. it was nothing ground breaking. :wow:

If you do buy it....buy the Unrated version. Super Spoilers!!!!!

A baby monster starts to face hump a lady and she spits out a mouthfull of monster sperm

WTF

I got the unrated one. I wasn't impressed.
It kind of reminded me of Dog Soldiers which I loved.

Ive been wandering this exact thing about Slither it looks pretty good from the stuff i saw on Bravos Scariest Movie Moments
