Sign the Petition for TMNT1 Special Edition!

Signed, if it helps.

Has anyone at New Line seen this? I can't believe they'd miss an opportunity to cash in like this. Even crappy film series' re-release previous films when a new one comes out. I don't understand why they haven't gotten on the bandwagon yet?

One of the greatest comic book movie of all-time. Yes, it DESERVES a 2 disc Special Edition. Peter Laird has been wanting this for years!

Keep the pressue up boys and girls. If NL sees that there is money to be made they will release it.

Hell, the original Transformers movie is getting a SE makeover.

I've currently got it stuck over the front of the cover of my TMNT DVD.

I hate the current dvd cover. It wouldn't be bad if they didn't edit it. It uses the same awesome picture of the turtles from the cover of the original VHS. But that one was shrouded in darkness, and the title was black with green outline. I also think NYC was in the background. If they release a SE dvd, I want that as the cover, or the original theatrical poster.

I think it would be cool if they used the promo images of the turtles. There was 1 with Donatello with his arms crossed, one with Mikey in a fighting pose, a bunch of Raphael ones (one had him throwing a kick, another in his trenchcoat, and another with April) but I can't remember ever seeing a Leo one though.

DIfferent DVD covers so you can get either all 4 turtles together or each turtle seperate would be cool IMO

Yah, the VHS did have a pretty kickass cover to it.
