I won't be buying the theatrical cut on DVD, since Singer said (at Comic Con) that he'll be putting the Return to Krypton scene back in the movie for a re-release into theaters. The line Martha says,"Your father said you are here for a reason.", and the scene where young Clark finds the space ship in the barn, he said he's going to put those scenes back into the movie. I hope I hope!

Yeah i understand thats why i think they should be clear about what they're planning to release. I have no problem with buying both the theatrical ánd extended editions on dvd though.

The Donner Cut of Superman II will be the Superman film of the year!!!

Its 1686 to be exact.
Thats a decent amount of people IMO and i'm sure there are more people out there who are interested in the extended cut but haven't signed the petition yet.

It won't hurt to sign it. Takes less than a minute to do and can only have a positive effect in the long run. Thats if you want to see the extended version like i do.

well then we have to explain people that what they saw in hte theater it a shortened version only for the theater. the original is larger, and it has IMO more sense. in hte exteended version everythign would be explained.
