If they did work I think we all would have heard of them by now. Honestly I don't believe any of these things work. Most of them say "...in conjunction with a calorie controlled diet" If we had a calorie controlled diet we wouldn't be overweight anyway!

That's so true. To the OP, I recommend that you ask a professional bodybuilder or nutritionist. Perhaps check a trusty website.

I still believe that cardio excercise and muscle training are the way to go though because it helps build up your metabolism.
 
I am working out and on a calorie wise diet as well, I was just wondering if anyone has tried these....I hear they are actually an appetite supressant.
