Looks scary as ****, but I really hope we get a good explanation for what's causing this. Don't want this to be another It Follows where everything is so vague and what little is explained is really dumb.

Also, the creepy smiles looked way better than that crummy Photoshop filter grin from Truth or Dare.

Okay yeah that trailer freaked me the **** out.

Although it also made me long for a Batman movie where the Joker comes up with a toxin that makes everyone in the city not only break out in rictus smiles but it also drives them crazy and they start killing each other.
