First Avenger So How many times have you seen CAPTAIN AMERICA: TFA in theatre?

Just curious about this because I was shocked by how much I loved this movie. Whilst I am a die-hard MARVEL fan, I kept more to the X-MEN group of books. I only ever read one CAP comic I believe.

However I really loved the movie!

I saw it 7 times in theatre!!!!!!!

Only X2 have I seen more times (8).

It's possible that the old-school storytelling vibe is one of the reasons. I'm 40 and we haven't got something good with this sort of Indiana Jones/Rocketeer style in ages.

Plus it was really refreshing to see such a great portrayal of a straight up good guy / honourable hero.

In addition I think there was something special about seeing the start (chronologically) of the MCU.


Anyway I'm interested to know how many times other people saw it, especially long time CAPTAIN AMERICA fans.

i'm glad i went on my own first time, they aren't the best company to watch films like this

Twice, the same as Thor. I rarely have repeat viewings at theaters anymore, its just too expensive with the ticket and popcorn prices. (Yeah, yeah, I could just skip the popcorn but it just wouldn't be the same viewing experience. )

I watched it 5 times, twice in cinema. I would watch it a 3rd time if I could find a 2D showing but sadly that's not an option.

I saw Captain America:TFA five times in the theater. It is my all-time favorite comic book movie, with Iron Man and Thor right behind. The last time I saw it was just before it closed out its run here and the theater was half-full on a Wednesday night.

I saw Thor three times. But I'm making up for it now that it's out on disc.

I plan to see The Avengers at least five times. Maybe ten. It just depends on how much free time I have.
