I mainly drink- double vodka cokes, or southern comforts.

One drink a friend of mine did bring, was Ouzo. I loved the stuff, especially the warm feeling in my chest. Problem is, I couldn't stop drinking it...it was so good. I don't dare go near the stuff again, else I'll turn into an alcoholic.

I don't drink often, but when i do I usually stick to Newcastle. Though on occasion i will also try other dark ales, stouts.

Every time I see Jager I get that nasty taste in the back of my throat, and it makes me want to hurl. :(

I used to love it, but too many nights with too much Jager did me in. :o

I have yet to find a beer that I actually like. My main summer drink is Bombay and tonic. During the winter months I'll usually just stick with Crown and 7 or Makers Mark. I also love a GOOD margarita, but they're pretty hard to come by. Also love Jager when I wanna get stupid, but I'm just not built for those kinds of nights anymore.

remember the entourage episode in vegas? when seth green offers E and the crew some jager he says "i havent drank jager since i was in high school"

and id have to say thats my sentiments exactly however it does go down smooth.

but later in the ep seth calls them the 'we dont drink jager crew' which makes me laugh.

I drink mostly Sam Adams when it comes to beer. I don't drink a lot of hard liquor but when I do it's usually Captain Morgan or Souther Comfort. I tried Jager once and it made me want to puke. :o :csad:

yea, I drink every minute of every day and I don't drink water either

anyone who's ever had alcohol does this

So yeah, going out for my mates b-day today, going out at like 4pm, prob be drinking for 12 hours, start with ale, move onto rum and cocktails and then hit vodka before going back to other spirits.

I hate alcohol. It's nasty. It makes me puke. I don't even really like being drunk. It makes people act like idiots. They do things they regret. And most murders are committed while the criminal is drunk.

I'd much rather smoke a joint.

1. If you're puking you're drinking far too much. Learn moderation, and it's more enjoyable. Rule of thumb, for each beer or shot have a cup of water, yes you go to the bathroom more frequently BUT you usually don't end up puking.

2. You can enjoy alcohol without getting drunk. In fact it is far more enjoyable to recognize your limit and stop there.

3. If you end up acting like an idiot and didn't want to do that in the first place, then you're drinking too much. Know your limits, put the stops on while you still are in control of your actions. Then if you act like an idiot, it's because you are naturally an idiot or because you wanted to for the fun of being an idiot. (I will act idiotic just for the fun of it, and alcohol doesn't even have to be involved).

4. Where in blue blazes did you hear that bit about murders? Most accidental manslaughter cases, maybe, but murder is usually planned and done sober.

5. And smoking a joint automatically precludes you from becoming a murderer or behaving like an idiot... :oldrazz:

The role of alcohol in crime victimization

About 1 million violent crimes occurred in 2002 in which victims perceived the offender to have been drinking at the time of the offense. Among those victims who provided information about the offender's use of alcohol, about 30% of the victimizations involved an offender who had been drinking.

Two-thirds of victims who suffered violence by an intimate (a current or former spouse, boyfriend, or girlfriend) reported that alcohol had been a factor. Among spouse victims, 3 out of 4 incidents were reported to have involved an offender who had been drinking. By contrast, an estimated 31% of stranger victimizations where the victim could determine the absence or presence of alcohol were perceived to be alcohol-related.

For about 1 in 5 violent victimizations involving perceived alcohol use by the offender, victims also reported they believed the offender to have been using drugs as well.

Smirnoff (though not Ice, it's almost alcohol free)
Johnny Walker Red/Black label

I hate beer. It gives you a fat belly.

Oh, and I forgot Caipirinha. Yummy.

Lately it's just been a lot of wine, I can get it cheap here, and the house I'm staying at usually has something or another wine-wise. When I'm at work, or right after before I leave, I usually go with beer since it's the cheapest thing there.
