scroll down a bit, and you will see an advertisement for softcover masterworks coming out January 2009. I dont know about the rest of you, but I'm pretty damn excited at the prospect of not spending 50 bucks a pop on these things.

****! That's awesome. They had some out awhile ago but they kinda vanished. The Classics line has been pretty decent, but these look great. Crossing my fingers for a Ghost Rider and Punisher collection.

That's great. I've really wanted many of the masterworks, but I didn't want to pay the price. Softcovers will be a great solution.

If they release any less than 1 each month, I'll be kinda pissed. At that rate, I'll be like 90 when they get to where they are now (they're at about 111 volumes).

Okay, I was exaggerating about being 90, but it seems like it will take forever.

This will be a GREAT and inexpensive way for new fans to acquaint themselves with the full color glory of the Marvel Universe!
