Dude, he has said that Israel should be moved to Europe and denies the Holocaust.
Bush?
I haven't heard that one, are you being sarcastic?
Or could I see a link?
Iran's president says move Israel
Iran's conservative president has said that Israel should be moved to Europe.
"If European countries claim that they have killed Jews in World War II... why don't they provide the Zionist regime with a piece of Europe," Mahmoud Ahmadinejad told Iranian television.
"Germany and Austria can provide the... regime with two or three provinces for this regime to establish itself, and the issue will be resolved."
The president's remarks were quickly condemned by Israel and the US.
"This is not the first time, unfortunately, that the Iranian president has expressed the most outrageous ideas concerning Jews and Israel," Israeli foreign ministry spokesman Mark Regev said.
"He is not just Israel's problem. He is a worry for the entire international community," he added.
'Outrageous'
Austrian Chancellor Wolfgang Schuessel, quoted by AFP agency, described the remarks as "an outrageous gaffe, which I want to repudiate in the sharpest manner".
White House spokesman Scott McClellan said the Iranian leader's comments "further underscore our concerns about the regime".
"And it's all the more reason why it's so important that the regime not have the ability to develop nuclear weapons," he said.
UK Foreign Secretary Jack Straw said: "I condemn [the comments] unreservedly. They have no place in civilised political debate."
Mr Ahmadinejad's stance was also condemned by French President Jacques Chirac and German Chancellor Angela Merkel, who were meeting in Berlin.
Nuclear row
In October, Mr Ahmadinejad caused an outcry by calling for Israel to "be wiped off the map".
His latest comments come as Iran is mired in controversy over its nuclear programme, which it says is solely for the provision of fuel, but which the US says is aimed at producing nuclear weapons. An International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) report in September said questions about Iran's nuclear programme remained unanswered despite an intensive investigation.
Iran's leader, not Bush. The man's a nut job and even his own people are getting fed up with him. It's why his supporters failed to win many seats a few months ago for local elections.

Yeah, he should really be taken seriously. Anyone who does is a fool.
*snort* t:
Damn, that dude is crazy.
Actuall, I wish they had put Israel in Europe when they made it.
We wouldn't have as much terrorism, but it isn't like we can move a country.
Putting Israel in Europe was impractical in the first place. Even before it came into existance.
The Jews were already moving to Palestine before World War II.
The Zionist Movement grew really powerful within Europe and Palestine, due to the British Empire's Balfour Declaration, their control of Palestine, and the Holocaust which made the Western powers feel guilty for not only seeing the death of 6 million, but allowing it to happen.
Honestly I doubt many Jews even wanted to live in Europe anymore. They've had to deal with the Romans conquring Judea and violently suppressing their rebellion and destroying their Temple. The Byzantines persecuted them in their empire. Inquistion in Spain which persecuted and exiled Jews from Spain. The French persecuted anyone who was not Catholic. Russia persecuted and killed Jews in their pograms. Germany and the Axis Powers killed over 6 million people who shared their faith. France, the United Kingdom, the Vatican, and other European powers knowingly ignored Germany stripping Jews of their rights and the Holocaust until it was too late. The Jews were simply fed up with Europe.
Not only that, who wanted to live in Europe in the years after World War II, the entire continent was destroyed by Nazi and American bombings. The Soviet Union (which also persecuted Jews) controlled Eastern Europe. Western Europe was economically destroyed, it's cities were in ruins, and was politically unstable. Who wanted to live there during that? Jew, Christian, whatever.
So there were two choices: Palestine which had a large and growing Jewish population already and was the spiritual homeland of the Jews and contained the holiest city in Judaism; and the United States which became a superpower due to the events of World War II, was the land of freedom and oppourtunity, and also had a large Jewish population.
Kritish said:I have no clue why they would want to have their own country, Zionism can be just as bad as radical Islam at times.
I agree. Islamic states are bad, but a Jewish state is acceptable?
I have no clue why they would want to have their own country, Zionism can be just as bad as radical Islam at times.
I dunno, maybe because in ancient times they had their own country. Or the fact that they've had to deal with hundreds of years of persecution throughout the civilized world. Or how about Christians have their own countries (Vatican City) and Muslims too (Iran, Taliban Afghanistan, Saudi Arabia, practically the entire Arab world)
Seriously, I just don't get why they would want there own country.
BTW, that was sarcasm
Vatican City isn't a real country, it's a bunch of buildings that are ran by the Pope. I'd kick them out if I were Italy.
It's not the only one in Italy. The Vatican is a soverign nation and is not part of Italy. Italy just simply cannot kick them out because it is not Italian territory.
I don't get why they'd want their own country right in smack dab in the middle east.
Me? I'd ask for the Virgin Islands. My brand of Jews would be so awesome.
How about Italy takes nothingIt's not the only one in Italy.
If Itally must take anything, they should take San Marino.
