Okay, so I have forwarded a port (23195). I followed the process that I always have (portforwarding.com). I had needed to reset my DSL modem (It's a westell 6100) When I did, I lost all of my previously forwarded ports. So when I went to add the port above, it went smoothly. However, when I tested the forwarded port, the test said that the port was not accepting incoming connections. I'm not sure what to do. I believe it has something to do with my router...Cause when I turn my firewall off, it still isn't open.

Any help you guys can offer?

Head over to dslreports.com and use their free tools to do a full port scan and find out which ports are really open on your modem. That should give you a good idea of what's really going on. Sounds like your modem lost it's port-forwarding configuration, though.
