Wow that was great. Songwriters today just can't hold a candle to the narrative greatness of past artists like Simon and Garfunkel.

Here's there performance in front of Paul Simon. He was definitely moved by it.

Just discovered Scott Weiland and the Wildabouts' cover of 20th Century Boy. It's fantastic.
 
Kenny Wayne Shepart covering Everything is Broken, a Bob Dylan tune. Of course, most folks do Dylan songs better than he does himself, lol.
 
On the Johnny Cash - Hurt thing. I think I might be the only person left on earth that prefers the original, lol.
 
SIRIUS XM gave Tom Petty his own channel for a while and this morning I heard him doing a live cover of Green Onions. It was fantastic!

Faith No More's War Pigs is pretty great and I even like it more than the Black Sabbath original
