I was already looking forward to it, but after hearing Martin from Double Toasted, I can't ****in wait to see it tomorrow.

Everything about this movie sounds like it's trying to ape Robert Eggers. Will likely catch this when it gets dumped to shudder or Netflix.

I wasn't expecting that high of a rating from Martin. It definitely makes me more interested in the film.
OT but in regards to the Double Toasted review, I cringed when TJ mentioned the "True Story of Hansel and Gretel" I had to read that in school too.

So how was this? I just saw the director's first film (The Blackcoat's Daughter) on Netflix and it was quite good. Slow for the most part but the last 30 mins was brutal and morbid. He really went all in!
