Soulcalibur VI DLC character 2B from NieR: Automata announced

The first of the Season Pass characters revealed.

2B from NieR: Automata will join Soulcalibur VI as a downloadable content character, Bandai Namco announced at Paris Games Week 2018.

The 2B character pack, which is included with the game’s Season Pass, will also feature an additional costume for 2B, 2B-themed extra parts and stickers, additional weapons for 2B, NieR: Automata-themed background music, and a NieR: Automata-themed stage.

Here is an overview of the character, via Bandai Namco:

A new guest character will be joining the stage of history! Meet YoRHa No. 2 Type B from Square Enix’s NieR: Automata. 2B and her dual blades, Virtuous Contract & Virtuous Treaty, are designed for combat against machine lifeforms, employing acrobatic leaps and mid-air slashes, lightning-fast evasions and perfectly coordinated strikes! She will be making her way to the Soulcalibur VI along with her own stage and background music.

Soulcalibur VI is available now for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC.

An extensive look at the NieR: Automata fighter in action.

19 minutes of gameplay footage of recently announced Soulcalibur VIdownloadable content character 2B from NieR: Automata has surfaced via Dengeki PlayStation Live #015.

The 2B character pack, which is included with the game’s Season Pass, will also feature an additional costume for 2B, 2B-themed extra parts and stickers, additional weapons for 2B, NieR: Automata-themed background music, and a NieR: Automata-themed stage. A release date has yet to be announced.

Soulcalibur VI DLC character Amy announced

The Soulcalibur IV fighter returns.

Bandai Namco has announced Amy from Soulcalibur IV as a downloadable content character for Soulcalibur VI. A release date was not announced.

Amy fights using her natural ability to outclass the enemy as a weapon. While her reach is short and her attack power low, she is equipped with fast, high efficiency skills. In her specialty close-range combat, she can even fight against opponents superior in physique as an equal or greater.

Bandai Namco also announced a “Creation Parts Set” add-on that will launch on February 19. It will add a total of 67 additional character creation parts, as well as 17 battle background music tracks from Soul Edge and 11 tracks from Soulcalibur.

Soulcalibur VI is available now for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC.

speaking of fighting games, Soul Calibur VI is becoming my go to fighter now that Cassandra finally got released. man, what beaut!!

I am really looking forward to getting back into this series. Soul Calibur IV was one of my favourite fighting games of last gen. And yes Cassandra is looking hot!

I remember his Devil Jin fighting style was a selectable moveset in character creation for one of these games, but I don't remember Jin himself being an actual guest character.

Oh that must be what I’m thinking of. I only played about an hour of SC V lol. Will go back to it at some point but I wasn’t initially too impressed after the excellence of IV.
