Special Walmart Edition?

in all honesty the placement on the cover of jean grey and storm should really be irrelevant...but to each his or her own.

im buying my copy over @ wal-mart when i wake up on tuesday.. yeee!

ME to. Im going to go before the they open cause if i go in the afternoon there wont be any more left.

Okay, does anyone remember that half-assed 50 Minute X3 special on the TV Guide channel?

I've been thinkiing ever since I heard Walmart had an additional disk, that this is all it was. So if that's the case, which I'm guessing it is, I will most definitely NOT be getting the Wal-Mart edition. Or ANY edition...I might as well wait for the "special Brett Ratner sucks ass and he's going to talk for hours and say things like 'cool' and 'awesome' and make blow up noises and you're just going to want to shoot him" edition.

if the 50 minute disc sucks, then i guess ill just get the special edition with the comic because the cover art is awesome and worth an extra 6 bucks.

Walmart is always doing something cool for dvd releases like they did with Starwars.

Even though the store has alot of moronic employees who can't speak english.:yay:

Well it my be irrelevant to you, but I personally want the dvd cover with the better picture of Jean and that is the one from Walmart. So it is relevant to me. :oldrazz:

yeah i went to walmart today, and saw a cool standee. It had a big pic of the bonus pack thing, and sadly, the cover was the default cover with storm next to wolverine, as someone said.

damn. looks like we are getting the normal cover.

Anybody have the final word on which cover Wal-Mart is actually selling?

Walmart was selling the trilogy just recently with the Marvel comic adaptions.

You can just say "Tiene los Hombres-X?"

Ugh. Living in Canada is starting to bug me. Is the extra disk in Canada too? Because I bought my dvd here in Alberta, and it just came with the one disk.

Yeah, they had it at the Walmart I went to. I went for the collector's edition though.

That's so strange. I only got one disk. I know it sounds like the disk wasn't anything special, but still... why didn't my walmart have it? It didn't have the extra disk or the extra scenes. I just feel like I'm getting jipped all over the place.

I don't have the extra scenes either. I'm wondering if anyone in Canada does.

The Special Walmart Edition cost extra, and apparently the content of the disc had nothing to do with the movie despite what it says on the outside of the box. It's like an hour-long thing about the history of the comics (it's mentioned in another thread).

Here is an image of the Target Exclusive tin and what comes inside.

Well the extras on the collecters edition are nice, but I much rater would have seen a two disk DVD set that had some documentaries on it.

This is by far the worst DVD Fox has produced for the sereis. The deleted scenes didn't even include the extra scenes with Moira McTaggert.
