Thats probably a good idea considering what ******ed lengths we'll go through to edit the songs off of stereo recordings and download the not great quality and try to be happy with it. Clearly, theres no demand for this score.

Sony needs to give us a reason. I don't think they ever did. I'm not giving up hope that they won't release it,but I think they need to hear from the fans. We need to let them know we want it released. Somebody should start a petition,I think.

So was the rest of the "I Need Your Help/The Night Your Father Died" scene never posted? I only have the first fifty or so seconds, it ends when Spiderman leaves and doesnt get to the best part of the score. Whats the deal?

At least we have the less good first two scores. The Spiderman 3 score might come out in fifteen years if something happens where human beings get luckier.

The spiderman 3 score was the best one. The score for Spiderman 2 was bad I didn't like it that much the Doc ock suite sounded like a congo mixed with the Goblin Theme.

I agree. The SM3 score was much sweeter and less unruly. Elfman's main theme and love theme are dope, but the rest of those scores werent that interesting, whereas this one has something more refined in every scene.

Elfman's music was far superior. His scores for the first two films were stirring and captivating. Young's score for 3, despite being faithful to the motifs of the first two movies,sounded too generic. I will give Young credit, though, that "Birth of Sandman" was beautiful, but he has nothing on Elfman.

I agree that Young is balls compared to Elfman, also.

 

[Green Goblin 1964]

The score for Spider-Man 3 was very well done by Young but I have to agree Elfman was better. I especially liked Young's Sandman score and very much his Black suit score to go along with Elfman's light red and blue suit score which when you listened to the music sounded way different considering the different personality of the black suit.

But overall Young did wonderfully but Elfman did WAY better IMO.
