Are Peter and Mary Jane not together any longer?

Because, looking at these pictures, it seems they're not.

I haven't been following the spoilers for the film but these pictures caught my eye.

Does anyone like this Spiderman Day sh:t... I think its fun and all but pretty lame... I just hope Sandman comes in and ruins the day but I don't think that will happen... cool pics though

I'm guessing it gonna be the setup for a lot of story stuff and not just the Gwen storyline. I would think that despite JJJ's tirades, Spider-Man is looked on as a hero by most people, him saving them from train crashes and plummetting trams and numerous other things. Things are finally going good with MJ and Spidey's getting outright public admiration, even from the police, hence Captain Stacy. Then, as per Parker luck, it all goes to hell when the black suit takes over and he begins acting bad, and Brock is right there every step to "twist the knife" so to speak.

I must say, she looks pretty good in these pics.

As for Tobey, isn't there some way they can make him look older than 13? The guy has to grow up eventually. I hope they at least ditch the glasses.
