(Part 1)

Main Titles

Fade to black

Fade in on a test tube full of green liquid. The camera starts making a 360 degree turn slowly. It is clear that we are in Dr Connors lab. The blinds have been closed making the lab very dark and moody. We see Lizard skeletons on Display, and Lizard X-rays with many different annotations and notes with them sprawled across desks. Slowly, Dr Conner’s and Peter Parker come into frame. Connors is hunched over a microscope, with Peter standing next to him.

Connors:​

This is remarkable​

​

Peter:​

What is it?​

​

Connors:​

This organic material you gave me a few weeks back, I’ve been studying it for further analysis of its cell structure. Look what ive found.​

​

Connors gets up and motions peter to follow him. They both walk to the other side of the lab.

Connors:​

I added a piece of severed skin tissue to the symbiote, astonishingly, The symbiote repaired it. For a while now ive been looking at the DNA of a Lizard’s. They can regenerate their tales when severed…​

​

Peter:​

They detach it, to escape predators​

​

Connors:​

Precisely. I’ve found Lizards DNA is impossible to control.​

​

Peter:​

Control for what?​

​

Connors:​

I have a theory, if I am able to separate and control the regenerative qualities of this symbiote and apply it to the DNA of a Lizards, I may be able to create a formula to do the same thing on Humans​

​

Peter: (In panic):​

What? No, you cant!​

​

Connors:​

Think about it Peter, all over the world, some people are loosing limbs with no hope of recovery. I can give them that hope​

Peter:​

Adding foreign DNA into a Human’s cell structure isn’t going to work. The DNA will either be rejected, or it will make the subject sick.​

Connors looks down

Peter:​

Don’t do this​

​

Connors:​

Your right. Im sorry. Hey its getting late. You must have a home to get to​

​

Peter:​

Actually ive got somewhere to go first​

​

Connors:​

You go where you need to, I’ll finish up here​

​

Connors hunches over a microscope again

​

Peter:​

I’ll see you tomorrow them​

​

Dr Connors seems to ignore him. Peter then leaves. Dr Connors then looks angry and turns towards where Peter left.

Ext. Daily Bugle- Night

JJJ:​

This is an outrage​

​

Cut to:

Int. Jonah’s Office We get a shot of his desk, even though there are many items scattered on it, the most focus is on a copy of the “Why NY loves Spidey” Magazine that was seen purchased at the beginning on the 3rd film .

Cut to:

Jonah looking at his Office Window, behind him there are a team of people, among them are Hoffman, Betty Brant and Peter Parker.

JJJ:​

The whole world has gone nuts. People actually love that wall crawling weasel. Why wasn’t this brought to my attention earler?​

​

Hoffman (trying to find the right words):​

Well…um….er…the thing is.​

​

Jameson starts to give a pissed off look to Hoffman, and Hoffman immediately shuts up.

JJJ:​

Something has to be done to this Criminal. People are warming up to him too fast. This is what he wants. Ive dealt with people like him. He will gain peoples trust in him, then when he will commit the ultimate heist. He may take the city for fools but not me.​

Peter:​

Mr Jameson​

​

JJJ:​

Parker, I thought I said only talk to me if you have photo’s. What are you doing here anyway?​

​

Peter hands over some Photos to JJJ. JJJ snatches them and begins to browse through. They comprise of Criminals being stick in web, being punched by Spider-man and one of them includes Spider-man giving a big thumbs up to the camera beside a trapped and confused criminal. JJJ looks slowly up at Peter.

JJJ:​

Miss Brant!​

Betty:​

Yes sir?​

​

JJJ:​

Is it April first?​

​

Betty:​

Um…no sir.​

​

JJJ (to Peter, while handing back the photo’s):​

Who do you think your fooling with these pics kid. You were doing better work in high school.​

​

Peter looks insulted and slowly walks off in disappointment.

Cut to: Daily Bugle roof. We move into a Close up of Peter as puts on his Spidey mask. We then Zoom out and he has already changed into the rest of his Spidey Costume. He Throws his clothes over to an Air vent next to him and then shoots a web over it. He then jumps off the roof and then fires a Webline up to a near by building and swings off into the distance. He jumps down and lands on the roof of a bank. He runs forward and shoots a web line up.

Cut to: Police underneath Spidey.

Cop : (Pointing up)​

Look, He’s fleeing the scene, Fire!​

​

The Cop shoots a bullet at Spider-man

Cut to: Spider-man swinging. We hear a large screeching noise which is now identified as a Spider Sense. Spider-man dodges the one bullet, and looks back to see where it came from.

Cut to: A familiar Police Captain pushing his gun away.

Captain Stacy:​

You moron. Spider-man would never do this, he saved my daughter. Besides we have visuals on the suspect still inside.​

​

Spider-man swings down next to Captain Stacy​

​

Spider-man:​

What seems to be the problem.​

​

Captain Stacy:​

We have a suspect inside cleaning out the vaults, we’ve had him on the run for a while, but we’ve got him.​

​

Spider-man begins to act concerned, thinking he knows who it is

Spider-man:​

Got a name?​

​

Captain Stacy:​

That’s Classified information​

​

The Cop walks up to Spidey

Cop:​

Sorry about shooting at you.​

​

Spider-man:​

Forget it, happens all the time​

​

Cut to:

A black man in Police uniform wearing a headset opening the back doors of a van from the inside

Man:​

Captain Stacy, suspect on the move out, get ready.​

​

Spider-man:​

I’ll be waiting for him up there to surprise him​

(points to the roof)​

​

Captain Stacy nods as all of the police crowd round the doors to the bank and aim their guns at the doors. Spider-man Swings up, spins and lands on the wall of the bank, looking down. The Police begin to move back, Spidey can hear faint whispers of “What is he doing” in the crowd. A large bang erupts as the doors to the bank are blown forward and slam into some of the police. The same force that pushed the doors forward also pushes some of the cars back and sending the remaining officers flying. Through the smoke, we can make out the faint shadow of a man running away from the bank.

Spider-man (To himself):​

Whoa, That big bad wolf knows how to blow those little pigs down​

​

Spider-man jumps down and swings after him.

Cut to:

Ext: A filthy old café. - Night

Waiter 1 (from inside):​

All im saying is​

​

Cut to Inside, the inside has a much better look to the outside, floors are properly cleaned and it is lit up with a warm feeling to it. 2 men are inside, both white and middle aged, clearly working at the cafe closing it up

Waiter 1 (continuing)​

I just don’t get why you don’t like her​

​

Waiter 1 picks up a bin bag full of rubbish out of a bin and takes it to the backdoor.

Waiter 2:​

Because she’s a total *****. You weren’t there when she ripped at me for no reason. Dude, you could have done better than that hore​

​

We hear a faint explosion sound coming from out side and people screaming in panic.

Waiter 2:​

What was that​

​

​

Waiter 1:​

Its like this every night, dude. Don’t be so paranoid​

Waiter 1 Opens the back door and pulls the bin bag out with him.

Cut to:

Ext: Small Alleyway- Night

Waiter 1 puts the full bin bag in a square, green metal bin outside. Once done, he begins to walk back inside when he hears a groan. He looks to his right and sees a figure sprawled across some carelessly discarded trash, we don’t get to see the figure too well as he is embraced in shadow, only we can see it is indeed a human. The Waiter then dashes to the door and calls inside

Waiter:​

Hey Anthony​

​

Anthony:​

What is it Steve?​

​

Steve:​

Get out here, there’s some homeless guy here​

​

Anthony runs out to join Steve and they both cautiously walk over. As they get nearer the light starts to show that the figure is Spider-man lying in a painful position

Anthony:​

You think it’s the real deal?​

​

Spider-man (grunting and moaning):​

Get…​

​

Steve:​

What did he say?​

​

Spider-man (under his breath):​

Get out of here​

​

A voice from behind them Startles all 3 of them. A man in a black jacket with white hair and what looks like thick metal wrapped around his fists. His fists are pointed in the direction of the 3 people. He has white, tinted glasses and massive silver triangular shoes on that seem to go up to his knees

Shocker:​

I think he’s trying to warn you of something.​

its not half bad, but i think the whole Dr. Conners scene shouldnt happen till later, perhaps after we've met his family and i dont think we should incorporate the symbiote...and JJJ shouldnt be as intense since it's sorta obvious that Spidermans the hero...and as for the whole Shocker/bank scene, uhh...i think it could be a little better, maybe instead of a bank tho it could be an art museum and i always thought that the Shocker should have goons...but thats just me

Thanks for the helpful feedback I7eIVIoNBoY, Theres a reason why i included the setup of the Lizard at the start, you will find out later. JJJ has something in store for Spidey to make his life hell. I just wanted to show some of his angst showing through before the big plunge. And the shocker sequence. I never pictured Shocker with goons. He seemed to be out for personal gain to me. But i agree it could have been better. Art museum would've been good to.

Anyone else with advice? This has got more than 20 views and 1 response. Please give feedback. Lay on the hate or the love, i dont mind as long as it is helpful and constructive

 

[The Ones]

Part 2:

Shocker’s Gloves start to vibrate and glow blue. Spider-man uses all his strength to get up and jump at the 2 waiter’s.

Spider-man:
Go!

Spider-man grabs the 2 waiters and pulls them inside the café, just as a devastating blue force is sent toward them from Shocker’s gloves. The blast narrowly misses them and hits the ground of the alley, blowing chunks of debris all around the blast. The door to the café is pulled off its hinges aswell as smoke from the blast seeps through the gap left from the door. Blood is showing through on Spider-mans costume, and its clearly ripped around the chest area showing bruises on his skin. Shocker calmly walks through the mess he made and aims his gloves at Spider-man

Shocker:
Deep breath insect

Spider-man:
When are people going to realise that Spider’s aren’t insects. You need some revision on Spider’s.

The same vibrating action occurs on Shocker’s gloves.

Spider-man:
We’ll start by taking away your toys

Spider-man webs Shockers gloves, but the vibration cruelly travels along his web into Spider-mans body, brutally shaking him free of his grip on the web. Spider-man drops to his knees in pain.

Shocker:
Not too smart web spinner, perhaps you’re the one that needs educating

With no warning this time, a blast is sent from his gloves into Spider-mans chest, catapulting him outside the café, and into the street. Spider-man stops flopping across the road and lies in pain and badly beaten and bruised from what is showing on his skin in such a way that anyone would mistake him being dead. Spider-man slowly lifts his head up and see’s a cameraman filming the event. Spider-man attempts to warn him and motions him to get away but he cant seem to. Shocker walks out the hole in the wall Spider-man got hit through and walks quickly toward the beaten pulp that is Spider-man. Police cars pull up around them. Shocker casually aims his gloves at them and sends a blast flying at the cars, ripping it in half and sending them into the air. Behind Shocker, we see Spider-man get up with his right first pulled back.

Spider-man:
10 seconds to recharge

Shocker turns around and gets smacked around the head by Spider-man, knocking him to the floor, dazed and about to faint.

Spider-man:
Who’s your daddy now huh?

Spider-man webs his gloves and pulls the web lines back, snapping the gloves in the process. Police then run onto the scene and place handcuffs around Shocker and bring him to his feet.

Ext. M.J’s Apartment

Mary Jane (from inside):
Jeez tiger, your crazy you know that?

Int. M.J’s Apartment- Hallway:

Peter walks in from the door, kindly opened by MJ, he his badly beaten and bruised. He begins to quicken the pace

Peter:
Kitchen, got to get to the kitchen

Mary Jane:
What is it?

Int. M.J’s apartment- Kitchen

Peter runs in and huddles over the sink and vomits into it with numerous unpleasant sounds coming from him. Peter then slowly walks over to Mj’s freezer and pulls out an ice pack, and holds it to his head. He then walks into the living room and sits down on a sofa, still holding the ice pack to his head. Mary Jane walks over to him and sits next to him. She slowly lifts up the shirt from the back and looks at all the bruises and broken skin and blood on his back.

Mary Jane:
That creep really did a number on you last night huh?

Peter:
Yea, I think he might’ve dislocated my shoulder with that first blast

Mary Jane:
Blast?

Peter:
He had some shock vibrating gloves, You didn’t know? I thought there was media covering it

Mary Jane:
No, The press just caught the aftermath. All they said was something about A thug who escaped from jail, robbed a bank and got stopped by Spider-man.

Peter looks down. To the floor. He is about to say something but is interrupted by the phone ringing. MJ gets up and walks to the phone and Peter positions himself to lie on the Sofa. MJ picks up the phone

MJ (into phone):
Hello?....Yes he is….Who’s calling?

MJ hands the phone to Peter

Peter:
Who is it?

MJ:
He didn’t say

Peter slowly reaches up to grab the phone and then brings it to his ear.

Man (on phone):
Nice Job on brining down Herman, Spider-man

Peter’s eyes widen

Peter:
I think you’ve made a mistake

Man:
Oh come on now, we’re both adults now. Be more mature about it. I was watching the battle. Very impressive.

Peter:
What do you want?

Man:
I want you to realise what happens when something as simple as your real name falls into the wrong hands, and how bad things can get very quickly.

Peter:
What are you talking about

Man (sarcastically):
"Care for a wheatcake sweetie?"

And, finally Shocker in a film in the role he should have.

One not, I'd be careful with the pacing of Conner's transformation into the Lizard. We've only known him a little through the first 3 films and we should learn about his wife and son and a little more of his relationship with Peter before he goes green. It's a long film and he's already established in the first scene.


Lastly, I'd like a little Voice over from Peter Parker in the very beginning ala the first three films for continuity sake.

Thanks. I was worried about writing JJJ as he had a unique personality. And MJ needed her own comic personality

And, finally Shocker in a film in the role he should have.

A starter villain was needed

One not, I'd be careful with the pacing of Conner's transformation into the Lizard. We've only known him a little through the first 3 films and we should learn about his wife and son and a little more of his relationship with Peter before he goes green. It's a long film and he's already established in the first scene.

There is a reason why that scene is at the begining and you will find out soon

Lastly, I'd like a little Voice over from Peter Parker in the very beginning ala the first three films for continuity sake.

I tried to write one in but every draft i came up with sucked. So i decided not to use one

Really cool, but the thing that I didn't like is that you plainly copied the conversation over the phone from Marvel Knights Spider-man. It was a cool story, but you should have used your own material for the last part.

Whoever said being close to the comics was a bad thing? What i am doing is referencing plots and scenes from different area's and mixing them with original material to create a good story, that conversation was chilling and effective that it should've been left the way it was. Tampering with that would've made it loose its effect. Dont worry, only one other plot line from MKSM will be used and it will be needed for the effective (and somewhat original) final. This plot line is going in a completely different direction.

Next part (finally) :

A strange and frightened grin shows up on Peter’s face in the most unfriendly and worrying way.

Peter:​

What did you say?​

Man:​

I think it’s obvious isn’t it little Spider.​

Peter:​

You have the wrong number​

​

Man:​

Now’s not the time to play with children’s toys. Be a man for once.​

Peter:​

Who are you?​

​

Man:​

For a powerful Superhero you sure are naive.​

​

Peter:​

This isn’t funny!​

​

Man:​

I beg to differ. It’s going to be such a pleasure to toy with you.​

Peter:​

I won’t give you the satisfaction.​

​

Man:​

Just wait little one, Life is going to be made very difficult for you.​

The phone line suddenly goes dead with an irritating click. Peter slowly lowers the phone from his ear and turns to MJ. His eyes express all the fear and anxiety needed for MJ to know that they are in peril once more. The angle cuts to MJ as she backs away in fear and leans against a wall. Cut to a wide shot to see both MJ and Peter looking confused and terrified, as they still need to let this crisis settle in.

Cut to:

Ext: Prison- Night

We cut to a wall of a prison. We linger here for a few moments as the camera pans around, Spider-man swings over the top and fires a web line out. We cut to inside the prison grounds. As Spider-man professionally leaps off his web line and cleanly makes it through an open window.

Int. Prison Hallway-Night

Spider-man lands on the floor and crouches in his classic pose. He stands up slowly and makes his way down the hallway. He spots a few security cameras at the end of the hall, carefully mounted on the walls. He shoots out 2 webs and cover’s the cameras. Quickly realising it won’t be long before somebody notices this, he jumps on top of a wall and climbs through an open air vent. As he is crawling along, he looks to the sides and notices the air vents go directly into empty and occasionally occupied cells. Quickly he finds what he is looking for, Herman Schultz looking downright depressed and bored in a cell all to himself.

Spider-man:​

Herman​

​

Herman jumps at the shock of hearing a fresh sound in the filth he is residing in.

Herman:​

Wallcrawler!​

​

Herman quickly holds his hands up but quickly realises he has no vibrator gloves on. Cut to Spider-man, who is clearly looking at him in a bored and “are you serious look” even though he still has his mask on.

Spider-man:​

You’re not very bright are you?​

​

Herman:​

Not reall...HEY!​

​

Spider-man (almost in laughter):​

Don’t worry, admitting to your troubles is the first step to overcoming them.​

Herman Shultz:​

So you came here to mock me and be sarcastic?​

​

Spider-man:​

Actually I did, but I also wanted to ask you a couple of questions.​

​

Herman:​

Like what?​

​

Spider-man:​

I got a call today from someone who knew who I was right after I nailed you. You wouldn’t happen to have any idea who would you?​

​

Herman:​

I don’t know who you are from the next dull person, but then again, I might be lying.​

​

Spider-man:​

If you don’t tell me the truth I swear to god I will break this vent down from the inside and drown you in web.​

​

Herman:​

You won’t do ****​

​

Spider-man:​

What makes you think that?​

​

Herman:​

You’re the good guy, you don’t kill.​

​

Spider-man:​

Criminals can change in prison​

​

Spider-man shoots web out of one of the holes of the air vent and it attaches to Herman quickly and within milliseconds the web is thrust back towards Spidey, sending Herman flying towards him and the vent he is behind creating a large bang.

Spider-man (cont.):​

Heroes can too​

Cut to: Int. Similar Prison Cell- Night

Angle is on a bald old man toying with a metallic device listening to the entire conversation, smiling gleefully

Cut back to Spider-man and Herman.

Spider-man:​

I want to know everything you told them, and who you told it to.​

​

Herman (genuinely scared):​

I don’t know anything, seriously!​

​

Spider-man:​

If you’re lying, I swear to God I’ll be back to finish the job​

​

Spider-man lets go off the web line and Herman drops down to the floor.

Spider-man:​

That was a nice little talk wasn’t it, we should do this more often.​

​

Herman looks up to Spidey in disgust. Spider-man begins to crawl back the way he came. The camera then turns to the air vent behind him to see the bald old man pressed up against the corner of his Cell eyeing Spidey in an evil way. The man then proceeds to walk towards the air vent and begins to speak.

Man:​

You ok Herman?​

​

Herman (rubbing his head and groaning):​

I think so, that guy is a dick.​

​

Man:​

Think of it as a necessary sacrifice.​

​

Herman:​

What for Adrian?​

​

Adrian:​

A new recruit​

​

Adrian smiles for a little while which quickly turns into a laugh of unimaginable evil and magnitude
