The one directly behind Peter is Kaine.

There are Iron Spider/Scarlet Spider and Superior Spider-Man.

There are about 4 females in the photo. One may be Felicia, One is MOST DEFINITELY MC2 May Parker!

There's a flying guy with Arms Crossed.

I do not see NightCrawler anywhere, but there are at least 2 that have tails.

There is also a huge clusterf**k that is hard to get a decent outline of any on the right side...
It looks like there might be 4 characters there.

I've been wanting to see a story where all the Spider people from all the multiple worlds came together, so this could pretty much be a big glee moment for me lol. With the rifts in the different worlds opened up from Age of Ultron we've been getting a lot of people from other worlds coming in (Uncanny Avengers right now, Spidey 2099). This also will bring me flashbacks of the finale for the 90s show with the Spidey's from different realities and Shattered Dimensions. Hope Spider-Ham will be there, looks like that might be to right of Spidey in the center.

No, definitely not- getting greenlit this week wouldn't mean there's enough time for Gabrielle Del'Otto to paint a sixfold cover.This is the big Slott story this fall, he said he's going to do an interview announcing it as soon as he gets back from London- that this was the story he pitched for Superior (replaced by 2099 & Venom arcs) but everybody else thought it needed to be a Peter story because they get one shot at this particular story. Remember Madame Web freaking out in the coma in Superior #20- "All the spiders will die!!!" And the previous teases in Amazing about the great web coming undone.

I mean, yeah, the chances of Webb and Spectacular appearing are low, but Raimi has a good chance... pretty pointless to say it's every Spider-Man in history if at least Raimi does not appear.
