Wow Just read issue 3. This is shaping up to be a great story. Its all bin built up now for the final issue. Hope it doesn't disappoint.

Yeah I have not loved this series, but the last part will tie everything up and have a nice throw down.
Traditionally the last part of a story is always the most satisfying to consume.

i dont get way people complain, a dkr rip yea true with that be being said, they put spiderman in horrible stories these last few years , he finally in something interesting and good, good as dkr, hell no but still better than most of the other spider stories out now

I FINALLY got my copy of issue 3...DAMN. That was a great issue.

If you see the scene where Peter rises from the grave with the Red & Blues on singing the ol' Spidey theme song, and the hairs on your neck don't stand up with pure electricity, you cannot call yourself a Spidey fan. That was great.

The Venom twist was great. Despite that, from the covers, we knew he was coming, it was nice not of them to add a twist to it.

Looking forward to seeing Spidey versus the symbiotes, the Sinner Six, and Venom.

Well, for me, that made the issue. That one scene....just great. I also love that MJ was saying "Go get'em, Tiger" when he left out of her window the last time. Very fitting that, in the end, she was still behind her man 100%.

I hope Joe Q doesn't find out about this development....then again, he may be happy simply because she's dead int his book.

Spot on. We've seen spidey depressed for 3 issues so to see him finally snap out of it and rise out of that coffin with his old red and blues on was a great sight. I just hope the last issue lives up to this big build up

I love how bold the Red and Blue is. The rest of the colours are pretty life less. Its a great contrast.

I liked the first two issues. Bit I have to say that I have some issues with all this symbiotes running loose (reminds me to much of this "planet of the symbiotes" storyline, wiche I didn't like very much) but i'll wait and see how is it going to end. with what we have seen, I think we can trust Andrews enough to expect a wonderful conclusion. Wait and see...

Well, re- buying the comics- it means they will be worth more in the future, compared to the trade.

Yep, the final issue comes out this Wednesday. Wonder how Venom will be in this issue (although I still need to get #3).

Picked up 3 today, a few hours ago.

Um....can you say WHAT A GREAT ISSUE?

I love how this story is unfolding! It's depressing, but wonderfully so. The horror of MJ's dead corpse ravaging Peter really got to me. Also the revelation that Peter effectively killed Mary Jane is a master stroke. It really adds pathos.

the big draw for me is the writing, Andrews writes with such energy and power- he really creates an emotional pull with his writing. The 'Dead Ock' speech was fantastic! As was the equally as good MJ corpse part.

All in all, roll on Wednesday! t:

Couldn't agree more, I'm eagerly awaiting the final issue. This series has been so great, that I reckon I'd pick it up as a HC straight away.
