I think people are getting a little too worried about the complexity of the story. It'll work, it's Raimi.

And, I honestly don't think we'll be getting a running time this early. Maybe just some random time that they're shooting for, but nothing official. Scenes get added/cut, etc.

That will definetly be a good blog to ook out for, especially if it reveals Harry's Goblin name. And if it IS "Night Surfer", I will laugh at you all. And we all know/hope it will say something about TEH VENOM!!!!!11

I'm hopnig to hear a little more on Flint Marko/The Sandman...seeing as he follows Venom as my favorite Spidey villain.

Runnig time? I'd say no less than 2 hours, 15 minutes. They are probably aiming for something like 2 hours, 35 minutes. (which is fine indeed)

I'm sorry, I'm going to sound ignorant for asking this....But I haven't been online in a while, I even missed the special MTV trailer a few days ago....But WTF is a Night Surfer? So Harry is going to be some new guy they just made up?

I hope that's a joke that Sony/raimi is playing on us. One, it will confuse non-comic readers because Silver Surfer is going to be in FF2, so people might think it's the same guy or something. And two, that's stupid. Please tell me Night Surfer is like someone from some very obscure spidey comic that I haven't read.

yeah but these magazines said that Venom was in the movie back when people were still skeptical and people were saying things like "Venom won't be in the movie." Hell weren't magazines saying that Topher would play Brock back when people on this board were freaking out about that and in denial? One of my first threads here, got me flamed because I suggested that idea...(Topher being brock)

So why shouldn't we believe the magazines? I mean, they could be wrong. Hopefully they are wrong. But do you guys know who Stephen Glass is? I don't think any companies want another version of him. They check their stories and articles.

2. sandman jeapordizes Spidey's happiness with his link to ben
3. harry wants to also destroy pete's happiness
4. the symbiote serves as a plot device for peter to go ape on sandman and harry.
5. gwen, along with harry and symbiote will serve to tear pete and MJ apart
6. cpt. stacey will be peter's link to info on the sandman
7. brock will be the plot mover once spidey takes off the symbiote and tries to fix things, he will be the ace in the hole to make the movies climax that much more dramatic and shocking.
